Lol he looks like an old hippy teaching creative writing or something at a csu. He is so dangerous he has to be kept in solidary and the entire cuban inmate population had to jump him and tackle him to subdue him in the 80s prison riots -- because the federal govt wouldnt deal with the cubans if he was still lose. They even had to escort him recently in a Hanibal lector suit at some recent gag trials.

From http://www.redorbit.com/news/general/183822/heavy_security_set_for_aryan_brotherhood_trial/:
"Carter said defense lawyers could call Tommy Silverstein as a witness but warned the notorious Aryan Brotherhood leader known as "Terrible Tom" would be shackled in court "just like a 'Silence of the Lambs' character."
Silverstein killed a guard in 1983 at Marion federal prison in Illinois after slipping his handcuffs with the help of another gang member and pulling a concealed foot-long knife.
Silverstein, who has also been convicted of killing three other inmates, is the nation's most heavily guarded prisoner, according to prosecutors. He is confined to a special cellblock in the basement of Leavenworth Penitentiary in Kansas.
"He will come out here in chains and sit there in chains," Carter said in a pretrial hearing on Friday."

To be honest, I don't think the hackers are trying to unlock the newer basebands. Sherif said in December that there would be an unlock for 3.10 Baseband in Mid January, but obviously that hasn't happened. I am very doubtful they will unlock anything after 1.59.00 before the next iPhone is released (iPhone 5).

90% of my work is done in PhotoShop. Without it I'd be lost. So I'd have to say Adobe. Now if only I could get my company to drop Quark for InDesign . . .

I agree with posts above - fantastic. :)
Maybe you could 'redo' it and mention Front Row and the built-in iSight in the features list?

I am trying to entire a large number in a cell. 120,511,000,000 to be exact. When entered into a cell, 1.20511E11 is shown.
How can I adjust this to where it will not show up in scientific notation? Thanks!

I have great faith in SpyMac, and fully expect that they will sink to even newer lows. http://forums.macrumors.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=19550
Even if you look at some donation programs run by major business, 3% is still quite low. Some of them are so poorly run that they may only have 3% getting to the people that need it.

As long as you sign up to be a safari developer (for free), then you are officially a developer to apple and can access the videos. So it is free to watch all of the videos, all you have to do is sign up with the safari development program.
Thank you, this worked for me

Seeing as it didn't start until a day ago and I've had DP2 installed for longer than that, I'm beginning to wonder if it's not correlated;

Lots of results if you just google.
I was looking in the developer forums. That is where you should search since it is a preview release. The people there will be able to assist better.

I am too new at CS5 to be of much help, but I wonder if this would be of any help to you (?):
a. Take a good quality RAW photo of the picture, and open this RAW image in Camera Raw as a Smart Object. See if you can adjust the area that is too light (left of the photo).
b. Now, double-click on the image shown in the Layers panel, which in turn will open a layer of the image in Camera Raw. Now adjust the dark side of the image, and then click on "Done." The result is two layers blended into one.

Try resetting the PRAM
1. Shut down the computer.
2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
3. Turn on the computer.
4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
6. Release the keys.
On a side note. You should never install a developer preview as your primary OS.
thank you soo much dude!!
oh, will this erase anything?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but a precursory search has revealed nothing.
Is there a difference between the boxed version of Aperture 3 ($199!) and the App Store version ($79)?
Given the price difference I wonder if the app store version is missing features or is an "Aperture lite".
I already own the boxed version, but my curiosity must be satiated!

1. It's because you're mirroring. Mirroring limits the resolution to the native res of the lower res display. Unchecking that will allow you to use the native res of the monitor, and you get the functionality of dual screens as well.
2. Drag the bottom right corner to make it full screen. That should make it so that the green button maximizes a small window in that app.

Its a bit pricy but a friend of mine who can't seem to part with his old iBook G4 bought this:
http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other%20World%20Computing/SSDMXLE040/
Compatible with the whole range of G3 and G4 Macs and its a sandforce based SSD so its going to perform better then those cheap SSD/Compact Flash upgrades we see online. The drive is still on its way but I'm very excited and curious on how better this will make his iBook perform.
