not sure if moving to another state is a option...
but i can think of..
1) cancel the insurance
2) apply for another insurance effective from your return date, cancel the existing insurance.
3) take min liability only
4) see if they can suspend it for 2 months.

I recently change employer on EAD in NJ and new employer is saying that I can't claim withholding allowance for dependents on EAD; I had no issue with my previous employer and was claiming 6 withholding allowances; I told them that my previous payroll processor was ADP and none of my friends on EAD had any issues claiming dependents; They are saying that this is new 2010 rule change and you need to have GC for it. I told them that all dependents have SSN and passes 182 days resident alien test rule..they are not agreed..Is it true? Please let me/send any links/information to prove it...

It is true that immigration is not at all reason for unemployment. When unemployment increases that will decrease immigration to some extent. We could see that in h1b numbers and also illegal immigration. But future immigration will depend on how fast jobs are created when recovery starts.
From Business Week: A report released on Tuesday makes the case that increased immigration is not a cause of increased unemployment in the U.S. The study, The Unemployment Disconnect: Untying the Knot, was issued by the Immigration Policy Center, the research arm of the American Immigration Law Foundation, an association of immigration lawyers that generally supports pro-immigration policies. The study sets out with the assertion that if immigrants are taking jobs away from native-born workers, one would expect to find high unemployment rates in those parts of the country with large numbers of immigrants. Examining state, county, and metropolitan area...

I am curious of the average networth of H1Bs excluding their parent's money. The money they just made so far. Not sure how to start a new thread. I read somewhere online there are lot of H1Bs who are working for 10 years are almost millionaires. Can they use their accumulated wealth to do an investment based green card.

This is because most of the beneficiaries are not eligible to file in the past two years. It was not like that before. Once for some reason if they allow the people to file, the graph will peak to 900days.
I-485 processing times are mentioned here:

I am not sure about the answer. It depends on how close you are to finding the new position. Once you find a new position, speak with attorney for new company. In worst case can always do H1 extension in premium. If I were you, I would just have a hard dead line of say April end. If I dont find a new job by then, would just file for extension in premium.

I am in the same boat. My wife 485 just got filed with me as dependent so I am holding off on sending mine in. I read that this is a very gray area, and at least fragomen claims that they have had cases in which both 485 applications were rejected because of this dual filing.
Check with a lawyer before you do anything.
Who or what is fragomen? Where can I read up more on this?

You DO NEED an LCA with a new job location.
It is a fast online process. I seriously recommend that you do it.

http://www.botzilla.com/photo/strobeVolts.html seems to have a list of various studio strobes and their voltages.
Note that ISO 10330 specifies 24V, so ideally the camera ought to handle that much.
http://photonotes.org/articles/eos-flash/index2.html#trigger have additional information. (including a link to Wein Safe-Sync HS which you can use in case you want to make absolutely sure your camera is safe)
As for E-TTL, with studio strobes you'll end up using a flashmeter. E-TTL does not factor into the equation.
