It's unfortunate, but that's the reality. History says that "British took advantage of divide and rule concept in India during their rule." If the empherors/kings/people were united, that wouldn't have possible for the British.
I know their are few people really good, but the numbers aren't good enough. Hope and wish the coming generation wil, change the history. :-)

come on PA members, I am sure there are more IV members from PA than just the few that voted on this poll. Wake up and see the hard work being put in by other members. Members are flying from out of state and you living so close to DC shouldn't offer any excuse not to attend the rally. Strength is in numbers. I look at this image and find no main point of interest, my eye is left to simply rome around the image and is not driven to "the" subject matter.
I had a quick play.... a slight rotate, crop and clone to come up with this...

The diagonal line leads you in from the rear to the main flower, while the same happens from the front. You could play with the DOF of this image also (either in camera of PS) as narrow DOF would help draw attention to main subject flower of your choice, eg:.....

Also, the eye will naturally fall to the brightest part of an image, so all background flowers that may have distracted from subject flower have been cloned out.

And dont forget that teacher's H1 also comes under the cap. You would need to get interviewed for a position and get an offer before April 1st, so that application can be received at USCIS on April 1st.
Usually, H1s run out within couple of days, last time it was one day or two days. I forgot the details.
The only way to avail of Masters H1 cap is to have US Masters degree.
Some schools also do J1 for teachers. Try VIF program at www.vifprogram.com
Once you get into the school system you can also go for a masters degree and if the school principle wants to keep you, HR can file for your H1. All that is possible if you immediately file for a Home Country Requirement waiver.
It sounds complicated, but for teachers this may be the only open route.
H1 visas are in such high demand anyway.

Good. Just make sure the lawyers are eligible to practice employment law in the state you have been sued in. Stay cool and just make sure this gets resolved ASAP. Attorney and law suits are very expensive and can run into several thousand dollars if you drag it longer. Save the trouble, hire an attorney with clear mandate to negotiate with your employer's attorney. Courts also provide an arbitration process. Tell your attorney that you don't have money and what will be the cheapest and fastest way to resolve this. See where it goes.

Also make sure you DO NOT FLY British Airways as you would need Transit visa with expired H1 stamping. Suggest to renew EAD. Consult your lawyer.
