If these these letters aren't that credible, then it's also possible that the application may still be stuck in namecheck.
It's so sad to see how they really operate and they have to stoop to such low standards of ethics.

I understand that is not a reliable source of tracking approval pattern, however, this is the only tracker we have available and this gives us fairly good idea about USCIS processing.
Based on , there are about 1200 Approvals for EB-2 (Including ROW, India and China) since Oct01 2007.
However, there are only 450 approvals for EB-3 (Including ROW, India and China) sine Oct01'2007.
So howcome they ran out of EB3 numbers when there are very few approvals for this year. I was hoping they will run out of EB2 numbers instead.
Any insight on this?

A freind of mine came across a gentleman, who is here on work visa and he is facing a unique problem. He is married to two persons and wants to bring his whole family here in the USA. He was looking for answer if he can get both his spouses and kids here on H4 visas. Currently both of them and his kids are in India. Interesting hmmm :D
Maybe he can come under asylum or refugee status; after all he also probably has two mother-in-laws there and that should qualify. One is bad enough, but TWO?
Its hard to maintain such a situation (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0205968/), he will have to make a call and decide on a winner (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0207341/).

being on H4 for the past 4yrs scenario...?
what are the chances of the H1b approval being 4yrs on h4...? as in how strong is the resume being..?
will they question about the past 2 yrs of H1 status...asking cos I was dint work for a while as I dint get a project..?
converting to H1 in such a situation, will this be risky and asking for trouble..?

Maybe she can apply for F-1 visa first, then get married...Let her come to US on F-1 and then get married here in local county...But it's tedious and lengthy process though, apart from the heartburn ur gonna give to many back home by postponing ur already fixed marriage...
Best way to deal with the situation is talk to an immigration lawyer...

My friend - the list provided the consulate is a list that is now being asked after thoughtful deliberations. Consulates do not fall easy prey to petty politics of local (US) congressmen or Senators.
They have not mentioned that if you dont have any-one of these documents you cannot apply for an interview. If the petitioner is good enough employer there is not harm in going w/o one-2 docs missing and a explanation letter of why its not there.
If the employer has tax filing for previous years, employee list and wage report to proove that employer has paid IN FULL and IN TIME to all employees irrespective of whether they were on bench or on assignment then there is nothing to fear......
If you have been in similar situation (not being paid on bench...or employer is exploiting you) its your personal problem. Dont say that there is no mis-use and govt should not plug the hole if it has not done it in the past.

No Finger printing notice received. This was at NSC. Mostly will get 2 years EAD as my PD is nowhere near to current but will update everyone for sure once I receive the cards!
